Walking into our Manchester property, you will immediately be struck by the warm ambience and tasteful furniture. There is ample space for family time and each room offers its character and privacy. The living room has a comfortable modern sofa bed. Other quirks giving this area some character include a large-screen TV with the usual entertainment apps including Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. The kitchen is modern and functional with all the necessary amenities. The worktop is black star galaxy granite, durable and hygienic for discerning culinary guests and perfect for home cooking.

The bedrooms are reasonably sized, with ample storage space. The Master bedroom has an en-suite with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. There is one double room, which has two single beds and a smaller single room with a single bed and a mini workstation. All rooms have flat-screen TVs and good storage spaces, allowing for privacy where needed.  

The house also has clean-laid carpets throughout, with underfloor heating in the kitchen. There is plenty of natural light. Guests can enjoy some tranquillity while relaxing in the spacious garden, which has a good-sized water fountain. To keep the calories off, the home gym is modestly equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, some barbells, and a weight bar.
